Payments We use SagePay to process our online debit and credit card payments. SagePay are an internationally respected Internet Payment Service Provider. They provide the software to enable our website to take secure online credit and debit card payments. We do not store any of your debit or credit card details on our databases. We ensure your security and privacy at all times. The transfer of your details from us to SagePay is encrypted and digitally-signed. This ensures that the information passed is secure and tamper-proof. All data stored on SagePay systems is held on encrypted and highly secured databases. SagePay are regularly audited by Visa and MasterCard to ensure that their systems conform to the latest security standards.
Delivery Delivery Prices are as follows:- For all orders a one-off charge of £7.49
The vast majority of orders are dispatched within 24 hours and it is our policy to try to fulfil all orders within 7 days. We keep all items in stock but any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, or any other third party. At no time will compensation be awarded should delivery take longer than anticipated due to unforseen circumstances. If delivery is not within the agreed time we will, with your agreement, arrange another time for delivery. If we cannot agree another time for delivery, we offer the consumer a refund.
We reserve the right to withhold delivery or cancel an order. You will be notified by email giving full details. Due to circumstances beyond our control, regardless of delivery choice, we reserve the right to deliver within 30 days.
An order may be cancelled as a result of one of the following:
- the product you ordered being unavailable
- a problem with your payment
- a pricing or product description error
An automatic email is sent to confirm your order. This confirmation email is not an acceptance of your order, it only confirms that your order has been received.
Your right to cancel. Under current legislation you have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days without giving a reason for doing so, starting from the day after you receive your goods. To exercise this right you must inform us of your wish to cancel by email to returns@mikebsecurity.com or by letter to the address at the bottom of this page. Please state clearly the goods you wish to return along with the invoice number. It is your responsibility to arrange safe return of any goods you wish to return within a reasonable time following your cancellation notification. Any goods returned under your right to cancel must be complete, unused and in their original condition. We cannot refund postage charges in this instance. We will credit your credit/debit card within 30 days of your cancellation.
RETURNS If you wish to return an item please call us on 01455 891046 or email us at stating the reason for return and your order number from your invoice.
Please ensure when you are returning goods to ourselves that you use a reputable delivery service who can provide you with evidence that they have delivered your goods back to us. For advice on the best ways to return goods please contact our customer services department on 01455 891046.
Our returns policy does not effect your statutory rights, nor does it effect your right to cancel as detailed above.
